Dreadbear is known to be a Frankenstein version of Fredbear in Five Nights at Freddy's VR: DLC, Curse of Dreadbear. Dreadbear somehow acts and pretends to act like a Frankenstein as he looks and acts like that. He is also somehow glitches out due to his brain not functioning right. He should have a very deep voice, with a franken tone because of how he looks. He should have an electric glitch every now and then whenever he speaks, but not that often.

I like this one. This voice has a moment were Dreadbear has an electric shock whenever he talks is the right way to go.
