Weavile is planned to be the comedy character of this series, so even though he's minor, he makes some hopefully comedic appearances. Anyways, I do expect whoever auditions for this role to have a decent knowledge of the Spanish language, Weavile is a restaurant owner in the Pokemon World, owning a Taco store for people to enjoy the food he provides. Him and his sibling Sneasels run the restaurant. He's kind of a stereotype of an English-Spanish character, but hopefully not too much that it's offensive. Very energetic, but hot-headed. High pitched.
