I hear how you're getting that self assess but there is lot's of good skills at work here too. Good pace and emotional affect on your breath/delivery. It can go further sure, but with focus on the other person in the scene and defining your 5w's it'll just get more and more real for you and therefore us as it unfolds. But don't discount the strong work you're doing here. Lot's to celebrate too.
