Chatty Mr. Spell Book

This sentient spell book with a creepy skull's head as it's face is actually a pretty intelligent being for a supposed inanimate object! It knows all of the deepest and darkest spells, belongs in Ashley's dark basement, and is the one to call whenever Ashley's magic isn't working out the way she wants it to! This loyal and alive book seems to be enjoying his job being Ashley's help, much like with Red being the eager and helpful one with Ashley's chores, as Mr. Spell book seems to be pretty enthusiastic and has smiles all around when he appears, and disappears! 

(For Mr. Spell book's voice, I'm looking for a male medium-pitched cheerful, but creepy jokester-like voice, or a medium-pitched elderly Hogwarts Professor-like British voice.)
