Cecile is a fourth-year student of Wellston Private High School and is the head of the school's newspaper. She was the former Queen of Wellston, before being replaced by Remi, and served as Jack before being replaced by Blyke. Cecile is a very tall late-teenage girl with short, straight, teal-coloured hair and purple eyes. She wears eyeliner and during school, she wears the Wellston girls' uniform without the vest. During non-school hours, she wears a teal-and-white striped shirt with a very dark navy-blue hoodie with jeans. According to Isen, she is noted to be a "hot chick". Cecile presents herself to be cold-hearted, aloof, and defiant. Her actions have shown that she will defy those of superiority, who do not meet her moral standards, in order to fulfill her own agenda. In addition to that, she has a very secretive nature of being non-transparent which is why the former queen Seraphina, chose Blyke to become jack over Cecile. Seraphina's choice obviously makes Cecile very unhappy and Cecile has carried a chip on her shoulders ever since. Besides being very sly, Cecile has shown to be authoritative and sensible which is why she was successfully able to lead the Press Team for three consecutive years
