The man, the myth, the Hamon warrior. I've got a running joke with all Hamon users in the series that they're psychic. They can see the future (to an extent) and use a lot of pop culture references that make no sense to an 1800s audience. They're also all Scottish. Cos why not?
I'd like Tom Petty to have a deep, aged voice, to match his appearance. As the Hamon warriors are from Scotland, I'd like a Scottish accent. However, I know the accent can be hard to do, so I'm happy with an American accent if it's easier (if you can do a Scottish accent, please do it, but I'm down with you doing multiple takes in different accents)

(Tired, whiny. He's walked a good few miles and his knees are giving out) I’m old, let me take my time. DIO isn’t going anywhere quick.
(The final line of the episode. He's tired due to the big ol zombie fight he's just had, but still has enough energy to call out Zeppeli) Are we talking 'bout Zeppeli? ZEPPELI, YOU CHEAP RAT BASTARD! YOU OWED ME 50 QUID!
