El Chip is usually friendly, and he loves to cook for Arya since she loves Mexican food. He doesn't like Mangle and Lolbit because they constantly make messes in his kitchen without cleaning it up. He's overall a nice character that loves to cook food and feed others. But if you mess with his kitchen he will chase you around with a bat. I would prefer a latin accent or a nasally accent if possible.
