Oboro is a sassy girl who happens to swear a lot (from what I can see in her lines). I can imagine her having a quieter voice, but when certain matters appear, she can be quite loud. Even with these lines, and her appearance, she does not seem to be creepy in any sort. She's more joking, so feel free to give her more of a joking voice.
