It's Flowey. Doesn't feel emotions but knows how to mimic them. He's depicted in this as quite terrifying and super evil. He is the main antagonist after all.

this was really enjoyable. sound effects and all. I would like to hear the raw though simply for curiosity purposes.
Had to redo recording for a raw since the old one got saved over. I don't hear too much, if any, of a difference at all between the voices I used
