Moe is described simply as a gremlin. He's very immature and often a childish character who gets angry when stressed. If you anger him even in the slightest he will have your head/j. Nah for real he will fight anyone who slightly annoys him. His voice is like a preteen boy in the middle of transitioning to male via testosterone.
