[Sean Schemmel impersonators only]  This is during a sparring match with Vegeta.  Goku has no choice but to bring the match to a halt due to the fact that Vegeta's cut his hair short again (even shorter than it was in GT).  Goku finds Vegeta's new hairstyle absurd and goes into random fits of laughter.  This is a QUICK intro for a youtube cosplay tutorial, so the lines need to be read kind of swiftly... don't dilly-dally.
