The Chica voice actor will also do PhantomChica, whom can be described as disassociated, distant, lukewarm, trails off/doesn't complete thoughts, easily distracted, and assumptuous.

Oooo I think your voice might actually be better suited for a character that was introduce more recently. It's possible they'll have more appearances soon so that's why they aren't listed yet
