Dr Collingwood is a scientist designated to be a watcher/ caretaker for the anomaly called Scp 999 (the tickle monster) she wants to try and make sure he stays in the best of conditions both physically and emotionally, so she takes it upon herself to act almost like a motherly figure whilst also trying to keep him ignorant of the fact that his father is the Skarlet king and how he is destined to need to fight his father (after all she would know what it’s like to not be with a father figure anymore)
