He first appeared in the Haeresys, a Fatui underground arena where captured test subjects fight an unknown creature. Displeased by his menial, Dottore calls his work "pathetic as usual" before threatening Krupp to become one of his test subjects instead.

Context: Krupp is trying to persuade Kaeya to agree to let Krupp take new members to join the Fatui, but Kaeya seems hesitant and suspects something fishy is going on. This line is said more correcting and pointing gestures as he knows what he's talking about.

Context: Kaeya threatens Krupp. Krupp immediately backfires, correcting him in a solemn tone.
