Unlike his sister, Todd is much more cynical. He also grew up in an orphanage except he got picked. He never accepting this family or any of the other wants that he went to later. Todd ran away and became secluded. From a strange experience from his father, he was able to gain the power of the shadows. He uses this power for non superhero stuff and only to make life easier.
