Updike is the leader of a taskforce designated with the task of eliminating everything they perceive to be monsters. He has a monotone, yet condescending voice with a slight English accent, somewhat reminiscent of a James Bond villain. 

  • Everything I do is for the greater good of our world, and yet you seem so determined to thwart my plans. Why?
