When I said happy tone, I mean she sounds happy, not braty like she actually is. Often people are blind to their own personality and in this case Alyssa is, she truly thinks she's kind so what I want you to do is try it as if she actually thinks she's being nice. I'll add that into the character description because it seems it was unclear.
