Once Sheila Williams, an antisocial woman struggling for purpose in life, she has become Regine (Pronounced "Regina"), the brains of the Seeds of Darkness, a group of beings influenced by the spirit of the deceased Dark King. As Regine, she is much more confident and able to navigate social situations. But this newly born confidence also brings forth a mad, sadistic side.

  • Shiela: I... I don't know, I think Juna's idea is good... Don't hit me! Don't hit me...

  • Regine: We were literally created by a dictator to shroud the world in darkness. If we don’t, we’ll just be sitting ducks for the Pretty Cures and be destroyed.

  • Regine: I have tricked you with my masterful disguise... Wait... You... weren't fooled by my disguise...? I WORKED SO HARD ON IT, THOUGH!
