Ticci Toby was once a follower of Slender Man, but Zalgo turned most of the original crew against Slender and used them as his own unit of fighters with Toby included. Toby is incredibly hyperactive and was once romantically interested in Lady, but now he just wants to swing his axe and spill blood no matter whose blood is on his weapon.

Toby would have a giddy and childlike tone of voice despite being a teen. He sounds annoying and loud when he talks.
