Hitoshi aims to please. He wants nothing more than for everyone to get along. He believes keeping calm is critically important to helping others and so he's not quick to panic. He is concerned about how the group moves forward, and so, is frustrated that others do not think about that, but also understands others are different. He's a very comforting and easy to understand kind of person.
He tends to laughs to fill uncomfortable silences, and is generally soft spoken. He apologizes for things that aren't his fault to keep the peace and laughs even when something isn't funny. He's a smooth talker for sure. He uses a soft tone that can get anyone to lower their guard.
