A laboratory ‘accident’ involving Chaos energy, a rotten egg, and the ROCC had turned Doctor Ivo Robotnik from a kind man to a cruel one. He rules with an iron fist of multiple Badniks, along with a handful of minions to work for him, like the Marxio Brothers, and Grimer. At one point, he would transform his body into a stronger incarnation most people would be familiar, but looks nothing to the doctor. If his army fails in capturing Sonic and other Mobians, Robotnik is a no-nonsense man who takes punishments seriously in consequential matters. It goes to show how serious Robotnik can become.

Voice: Robotnik is to sound evil and despicable. Although he does have a physical appearance of his Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog incarnation, he’s to have no silliness. You can have him sound like either the late Long John Baldry or Deem Bristow, but with additional British appeal.
