Ruff is best friends with Stripes and resides as an Emerald Hill Folk who try to get out of situations through thick and thin. No matter where they go, Ruff ensures Stripes to not lose hope, despite being a bit stubborn and carless.

Voice: Have Ruff sound gruff who acts serious, as if he is a determined adventurer. For accents, I’m looking for either Scottish or a Cornish/West Country one; American can be an optional for Ruff, too.
