Dirtpool is a cat with a secret only a few other cats know about. He is insecure (but it shouldn't be too exaggerated in his voice), not someone who would be willingly looking out for a fight.
I'd imagine his voice to be mellow, soothing, yet tired.

  • Context: Dirtpool sits and waits until Bunnypaw appears.

    (Pleasantly surprised)
    "Oh, it's you, I doubted you'd come, but I'm glad to see you."

  • Context: Dirtpool tries to justify his actions.

    (Slightly annoyed, until he mentions providing food to his family, then his voice mellows down)
    "If it wasn't for our....Heh, now *your* incompetent leader, then things would've been a whole lot different. I'm just trying to survive, and provide food to my kits and mate, that's all."
