Personality: Lt. Brand is a drama geek and currently goes to the state university as a theatre major. He’s an oddball. He often just breaks into singing for no reason. Something is off about him. A short redhead that gets upset when teased about his ginger-ness. Can come off as pompous at times. Means well. Get’s excited by life often.
Voice: Range Can Vary (must be willing to sing, even if you sing poorly)

Hey! Have you ever thought about how cool it would be if life were more like a musical?
(Singing)
Just singing, what your feeling, and felling just okay.
(On radio. A bit confused and slightly embarrassed)

(In response to scolding from subordinate)
Hey, easy now...Listen, I am somewhere in the library I am sure. I can smell the gross book smell.
