Cat is an old animatronic, from Rat and Cats theater who use to be a suit.. Later turned into a full robot
Cat usually accompanies Rat when he's around. Cat looks up to Rat, and usually follow his commands, he's also violent and aggressive like Rat, mostly coming from the time spent with him making him not as violent as Rat is but on a similar level.
Cat has an anger issue like Rat, however unlike Rat he won't hurt as many people.. Unless he's angry of course.

All of these animatronics here.. Everyone with the potential to kill the Nightguard and no one has done it yet? How useless you all are.
