Personality: Capt. Cooke is a typical “I’m too old for this...” retired cop that took this assignment to keep his benefits for his children from his 3rd wife. He’s typically, just sick of your shit. Wants to be left alone to sleep or fool around with his new girlfriend. Get annoyed easy and hates when his officers cause trouble.
Voice: Stereotypical police captain from 80 and 90’s police movies. Low to medium range. Tired.
