The other of Don Corneo’s head lackeys along with Kotch who leads Don Corneo’s loyal thugs. While in Scene 3 here Scotch is depicted as a bit more serious & logical than Kotch and the Don himself but rest assured he is from being a prude here.

2. (Getting suspicious about Cloud & Aeris) Now that you mention it, Kotch, yeah those two do kind of seem familiar.
