Fabricio is the main antagonist o this story, he's very familiar with putting on a façade of this helpless victim, so you're expected to have the ability to do both of these sides to him. Make sure your acting is believable whether you're speaking as the sweet, innocent Fabricio or the sinister one. I'm in need of someone who can speak Spanish well and fluent English. In the book, Fabricio does have an Argentinian accent but I'm not too picky whether you have an Argentinian accent or not, as long as you can speak both English (fluent) and Spanish (conversational) you have a shot. Range wise, considering he's fairly young, between medium low and medium high fits.

Feel free to mess with the range a bit, I'd love to hear a higher pitch when in his "helpless mode" and a somewhat lower pitch when he reveals his true colours, it'd be a great to see the contrast, if you can pull this off well, go for it!
