Starlight is really bubbly and kind! He's mostly happy, and rarely leaves Chi-Chi's side! He gets incredibly sad and scared when a body is found and an execution happens. (Sorry for the person that got rejected for this role! You did amazing, but the voice is kind of suppose to be a bit more cutesy sounding, like how Chi-Chi's voice should be!)
