The main antagonist of the story. He is Victor VonDoom/Dr. Doom. The name that all heroes, and villain, fears. He is ruthless, cunning, regal, a tyrant proclaiming to be savior and king. Prideful, extremely dangerous, and brilliant. Nothing is more important to him than his people, and absolute power.
The ultimate villain. Make it count.
