I'm told I'm the authority on chimeras by quite a few people but to be honest I really can't say I'm all that great..It's quite embarrassing.

Once somebody becomes a state alchemist, he has the responsibility of reporting the results of his research once every year, daddy didnt get a very good evaluation last year, If I fail this time dear I won't be a state alchemist anymore..
