Cedar is Opheliah’s best (living) friend, determined to help Opheliah win the heart of the Grand General. He is kind to everyone he meets, though he can be very accurately described as a “golden retriever”. He is right by Opheliah’s side through every step of the story, and simply wants to see her succeed.
○ Traits :
Cedar’s voice is bright, cheery, and strong, showcasing his best traits. He is friendly, understanding, and noble, but tends to be a bit on the duller side intellectually. This doesn’t prevent him from being skilled with weaponry, however, as he is quite good at what he does.
(Cedar is greeting a stranger)
"Well hey there! It's nice to meet you, the name's Cedar. If you need anything, just let me know! I'm always happy to help."(Cedar is comforting a friend)
"Hey, come on now! It's not that bad, I'm sure you're just overthinking things. Whenever I'm sad I just think about the forge! All that fire and iron is really comforting, y'know. How about you try that?"(Cedar is telling a story to a group of colleagues)
"So, I was just waking up, coming in to see the forge's night shift go home, right? Well, I come in, and there's nobody there! I... forgot it was Sunday. Took me like 15 minutes to remember! *Laughs*."
