Bill is a Storage System developer and self-proclaimed Pokémon critic. He is a regularly appearing supporting character of the manga. His inventions, such as the Pokémon Storage System, are used to help the Pokédex holders fight against their many enemies.
Bill is stated to be a genius, graduating from college at an early age and being the creator of several inventions such as the Pokémon Storage System and the Vs. Seeker. Despite seeming like a weak person who constantly gets into trouble he can actually be a capable battler when put to the test.
The voice we wanted for Bill was something like Todd Haberkorn's depiction of Natsu Dragneel from Fairy Tail, but with a southern accent added onto it. Bill's Voice
(Concerned) Hey, Red. Won't it be dangerous takin' that there Eevee along witcha?
(Thinking) They're choosin' their Poké Balls... I cain't stand the suspense! What're they gonna open with!?
(Reminiscing) Almost to Viridian City! Dang, but I been missin' the place! Ain't seen it since Red and the others went through here to git to Indigo Plateau.
