The youngest of the Monarch’s Council, Vivienne is a cold, calculating individual for a disdain for the occult, and in turn, for Opheliah. Like most of the Council, she is from a noble background, and looks down on Opheliah and her simple upbringing. While she can be kind to others, she isn’t fond of Opheliah and anyone associated with her, bent on making her life harder any way she can.
○ Traits :
Vivienne has a high, haughty voice, though I’m willing to hear other interpretations of her lines. She is cold, calculating, and quite intelligent, though her selfishness and pride often prevent her from making friends. Though to Opheliah she may be as evil as a vengeful spirit, she also knows there’s likely more than meets the eye to this young magical prodigy.
(Vivienne is greeting a stranger)
*Laughs* "You don't know who I am? Do you live under a rock golem or something? My name is Vivienne Fatespun, High Arcanist of Ivyfield. I'd ask who you are, but I'm afraid I'm not interested."(Vivienne is scolding someone interrupting her work)
"Do you have any idea the damage you could've just done!? Unlike your shifty occult 'magic', arcana actually takes skill. One slip up, and I could blast the Capitol into nothing! You better watch it next time, unless you want me to turn you into a fly. Get lost!"(Vivienne is concentrating on her work, speaking to herself.)
"How is this possible? I casted those spell barriers perfectly, as always. How could anyone have breached them? There's no possible explanation!"
