Shadow is an introverted, collected and serious character, who likes to keep on track and get the job done. Despite keeping his emotions in check, he does care for the small group of people he keeps close to him, and keeping his promise to his best friend Maria to keep the world safe. 

  • (impressed) "You never cease to surprise me blue hedgehog. I thought that capsule you were in exploded in space"

  • (determined) "If the world chooses to become my enemy. I will fight like I always have."

  • (sad) "Maria this is what you wanted right... this is my promise I made to you"
