Lady Nishira Was born human but was gifted celestial abilities after sacrificing her life to save a spiritual child. After becoming a celestial being, she spent her time traveling and performing miracles. While she doesn’t interfere all too much in their lives, she is always watching over Melody and Phoenix. For her voice, we are looking for something calm and elegant.
