He seems to enjoy his job, and is always energetic and happy to kill a person or two. He is in a relationship with Haruma. His voice is medium-high and very high-energy- similar to the unhinged visual novel antagonists before him. Kokichi Ouma, Zero III, Rio Ranger, etc. I imagine his voice would sound almost similar to Monokuma’s, just deeper.
