The Hero. He has never known who his parents were and has yet to find anyone who might know him and thus his parents. Held captive as a child; tortured, by a cult, his escape was aided by a sympathetic member who acted as a caretaker when possible. He is then raised by a well-known family and as a smith. This allows him to work his way into the service of the king and through extraordinary events becomes king. While he has good intentions, they are prone to human faults and ego. He relies heavily on the counsel of his friends to ensure everything works smoothly. He is outwardly stoic, quiet, but in a close group, or plied with enough alcohol, becomes quite open. No matter how hard he tries to create an ideal life, forces work against him, hindering progress or quickly snatching away an obtained goal. Still, because of loved ones, optimistic.
