Rex is another member of a group of 4 survivors of a Zombie Apocalypse. Out of the whole group, he is the most focused, although he himself can have moments of anger, and is determined to keep the group in check, especially Lucas. However, he gets along with Leo and holds a lot of sympathy for Ted. He has a regretful past and is determined to prevent it from being brought up in conversation with the others as they are not aware of it and he prefers to keep it that way.

He is another one of the four playable characters and is planned to reappear in future maps also.
