Sonic is famous for his carefree nature and love for adventure. He is always on the move, seeking new challenges and excitement. He is traveling alongside Shadow, and Mario and his friends to collect all seven of the Chaos Emeralds and defeat Metallix.

(Joyful) I'm Sonic! Sonic The Hedgehog! Oh... and "Mr. Serious Face" here is Shadow the Hedgehog! No relation.
(Upbeat) It's settled then! Mario and I will scope out the West Side. Luigi and Shadow, you guys check out the east.
(Apologetic tone) Heh... Don't take it personally, Luigi. He acts that way around everybody.
(Serious) Mario! We need to get going! We don't have time for Questions! We need to find Yoshi NOW!!!
(Annoyed) HEY, watch it, Edgy the Hegdy! Besides, I seem to remember it was YOU who sent the Chaos Emeralds to this Dimension in the First Place!
