A strange, obnoxious, and somewhat eerie character which runs a shop filled with magical items. You don't pay with money for these artifacts - You pay with the various strange drawbacks each item has, often equal in exchange to their positive qualities. A hairspray which gives you a gorgeous look for one night, although the next day your hair will fall out; Or maybe X-Ray glasses which expose you to lethal doses of radiation over time.
Really need a smug, sh*t-eating voice with this guy. Like if Skyrim's Nazeem was a used car salesman.
(Like a car salesman) "Dear boy! That right there is a WONDERFUL purchase! I see you've quite the eye for quality~"
(Happily) "If it's MONEY that worries you, I can assure you it's of NO concern!"
(Sinister, manipulative) "Unfortunate how easily you are cursed, worse yet, how hard it is to cure. Luckily, everything you desire is right here before you. All you have to do is take the plunge~"
