CHARACTER DESCRIPTION:
- Albert Quisling is a former NCR scientist who defected to the Legion, becoming their key source of medicine.
- Once a scientist of the New California Republic, Dr. Quisling defected to Caesar's Legion due to fraternal ties with his brother who was a Legionary. He gave invaluable technical data to the Legion, along with information on the NCR's inner workings. He currently works in an underground lab, producing large quantities of medicine for the Legion. Several analysts believe he may also be working to manufacture chemical weapons for Caesar's Legion.
- Dr. Quisling is an adept scientist, probably one of the best out there. However, with his talents comes a very high arrogance. He has a strong disdain for authority and is not a team player.
- He's 45-55 years old.
- North American accent. No other exceptions.
- His voice should be similar to his original voice acting, just in higher quality. There is also a signature of the original VA. You’re free to experiment; know that the voice must be similar to either the original VA.
