Risky Boots is the self proclaimed "Queen of the Seven Seas" and Shantae's arch enemy. She is often trying to get treasure or get something to elevate her status as Queen of the Seven Seas, but Shantae always stops her, causing her to have a massive hatred for the half-genie.
