Not much is known about Mr. Scrafty, since he only appears in one short, but he's a pizza delivery boy working for Mr. Pizza. And judging by his role in that short, it appears as though Scrafty is a melancholic employee who doesn't like his job. Much like Squidward! You can tell by the look he gives out when he makes a phone call when Charmeleon orders a pizza.
 I'm looking for a low-toned, unenthusiastic medium pitched or medium-high pitched adult voice for Scrafty.
