Also he is pure evil and doesn't have an ounce of remorse in his voice. You should get chills up your spine listening to this thing. Use growls, ghostly breaths, clicks of the tongue, whatever you feel fits the character.
This line is very deep, dark, and said with malice in the voice. Think something big commanding its army across the field.

This line is said to another character whom he is trying to seduce to joining him. Be both evil to the core and yet masking it behind this fake façade of normalcy.
