Personality:

Otsune is the textbook definition of a brat, she's selfish and teases the other Ultimates for her own amusement, she's annoying and a definite Himedere, referring to herself as a princess in Disguise.

She demands for the other students to be at her beckon call, but gets incredibly frustrated, clingy and quiet when faced with something she can't handle and relies on the other students for everything.
