Rhoquin is a dragonborn guard captain in the city the players come to. After spending the first night in the city, the players get brought into the guard station and are arrested after being framed for a rather serious crime. Rhoquin handles the situation, not only as the captain of the guard, but as a member of an organization dedicated to protecting and preserving rare magical artifacts and creatures/beings that could cause great damage to the world if not used correctly. He is a fairly serious man.
