Nicolle is another character in the campaign who's been around since the start. This will probably be the one and only line he has for this small project.
Nicolle is a cybernetic soldier. Fully converted with almost no meat left on him. He's a veteran of past wars (if you're into the CP lore I've placed him into the Unification war) Since he's a whole cyborg, so I'll probably mess with your voice a bit, if you can try to go deep with it please go ahead and try! [Nicolle is talking to the main group of player characters about this experimental tech they've encountered recently] (Nicolle would deliver the entire line with a reserved tone. He's been through some stuff, multiple wars and he's not to surprised to see this technology again.)
The idea was that it could create cybernetic soldiers in seconds instead of a full conversion. But they just up ended making psychotic monsters with nothing left.
