As a prolific drinker, Husk is generally seen to be uninterested in many things unless he is either paid in money or alcohol. Due to his reaction after being brought by Alastor to the Happy Hotel, it is believed that he is repulsed at the thought of doing charity work; this is further backed up when he tells Charlie that he "lost the ability to love years ago". He can be quite gruff and sarcastic, even vulgar at certain times. Along with being an alcoholic, Husk also loves to gamble and has an unhealthy addiction to it.
