Delta is the SHSL Manipulator. He loves attention and genuinely feeds off of it. He can be controlling and tries to take control of many situations cause to him this is a game of chess and he is going to get checkmate. He hates when things do not go his way to him if hes not in control than he does not know what to do. He can be very teasing and is always up for a challenge. He is a emotionally detached individual who does not really see any consequences to what he does. The voice actor for Delta will need to be able to have a very good range in their acting.

(Getting more and more stern the more he speaks) Providence why would anyone want YOU? The only person that can remotely tolerate you is ME and I wouldn't even consider us friends.....You are just my plaything and that's all you will ever be.
